THREATENING WORDs
William Curreen, bootmaker, was charged by warrant with having made use of threatening words to his wife, Fanny Curreen.
Constable Knight gave evidence as to the arrest. Mr. A. Braye appeared for the prosecution.
Accused pleaded guilty,- and was bound over to keep the pence for three months in a surety of £15 for self and one in £15. He was ordered to pay £1 1s professional costs and 5s 10d costs of court, in default a, month's imprisonment in Maitland Gaol.
