It is possible that this is her family. The parents were William Dipper and Sarah and the other children christened at the same church were John 22 MAR 1778 and Jemima 11 MAR 1770

A marriage of William Dipper and Sarah Carpenter occured on 28 NOV 1776 Deerhurst, Gloucester, England this is about 60kl from Fyfield. This is a possibility for the marriage of William Dipper and Sarah that maybe the parents of Mary Deeper. (The only problem with this is that there is a William Dipper born to William and Sarah Dipper christened in 1778 at Deerhurst in August this would suggest that the two families are different).
