(1) Obituary....The death occurred at Molong of Mrs.Dulce Cole, of Riddell Street, where she peacefully passed away in the early hours of last Saturday morning.
In recent months her health had caused the family grave anxiety and although no hope could be entertained of complete recovery, her sudden passing was a great shock to her family and many friends in the community.
She was the second daughter of the late Joseph and Ellen Roberts of Sydney, and was born at Moree. The family subsequently moved to Sydney where she resided with her parents.
After her marriage she came to live in Molong and has resided in Riddell Street for the past 21 years. A devoted wife and mother her first concern was always the interest of her family. Concious of the fact her time was not long, she bravely brushed away all selfish considerations and concentrated on removing all care from the family.
Her outside interests were centered upon those in need. For a number of years she was actively associated with Red Cross activities.
Her husband, Mr. George Cole and daughters Judith and Vonda, mourn her loss. She is also survived by an only sister, Mrs.H.J. Hillsmith of Manly.
The interment took place on Sunday afternoon when Rev.C.H.Nicholson officiated at the church and later at the graveside, when the remains were laid to rest in the Methodist portion of the Molong cemetary.
