(3) Obituary....The death occurred on Thursday, March 30 of Mrs.Maybell
Elizabeth Violet Everingham, aged 71 years. Mrs Everingham was born at
Pinecliffe and spent her youth in the Manildra district. She later spent some
time on the North Coast, and was married at Moorland in 1917. Mrs.Everingham
and her late husband, Mr.Frederick Everingham settled in Molong in 1932 and
lived here for the remaainder of their lives. The late Mrs.Everingham is
survived by three daughters, Pearl (Molong), Irene (Mrs.Staines, Pokataroo),
and Phyllis (Mrs.Lewis, Molong) and a son, Wilbur (Molong). There are nine
grand-children and four great grand-children. Her late husband died in 1942.
Mrs.Everingham is also survived by one brother, Mr Walter Johnson, A sister,
Mrs.J.Howarth. Two brothers Oldham (deceased 1896) and Herbert (deceased 1942 a
POW at Sandakan, Borneo) predeceased her. Interment was made in the Molong
cemetary on April 1, after a service at Molong Baptist Church.
