A postcard with Phillis and William (Bill) on the back of it notes that William's surname may have been Dudney rather than Dudley.

The card says "Uncle Bill and Aunt Phillis had no children but entertained their younger relations at holidaytime in London. (Lived at Plumstead near Woolwich) Uncle Bill Dudney to right with wife Aunt Phillis Dudney (was Phillis Gransden) Gentleman and little girl had appointment at the house.
2 Charles Gransden cousins at centre."

William married Phillis Gransden, daughter of Richard Gransden and Phillis Elizabeth Goodwin. (Phillis Gransden was born on 27 Jul 1864 in Stockbury, Kent, England and died on 28 Feb 1947 ³⁹⁸.)
