Double Wedding.
St. Paul's Church, Kograh, was the scene of a pretty double wedding on Saturday, April 24th, which caused a great amount of local interest. The Rev, S. G. Best officiated. The Church was beautifully decoratd and crowded to its utmost capacity, and Miss Brookes presided at the organ. Miss Flossie Craven, eldest daughter of Mrs. Craven, and the late Mr Harry Craven, or Rawson Street, Sans Souci, was married to Mr. Leonard G. Bean, eldest son of Mr. and Mrs. Percy Bean, Rocky Point Road, Sans Souci, was given away by her uncle, Mr Sid Anderson. Miss Ivy Bean, only daughter of Mr and Mrs. Percy Bean of Sans Souci was united to Mr. Harold Sharp, eldest son of Mr. and Mrs. Sharp, Rocky Point Road, Sans Souci, and was given away by her father.
The brides were beautifully gowned in ivory georgette and hand made pan*se velvet flowers, and ivory duchess satin with an overdress of crystal and ****. Then beautifully embroidered...
